You must be at least 13 years old to use our app. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We use Google authentication for all accounts. By signing in, you authorize us to access basic profile information from your Google account as specified in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that happens under your account. You understand that any compromise of your Google account may result in unauthorized access to your account with us.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Post or share content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any law or right
• Interfere with the security or performance of the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform

4. Workout Data & Content

You retain ownership of the workout data and content you log in our app. We do not claim ownership of your data.

However, by using group features, you allow your selected group members to view your shared workout logs.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service — but we will never share your personal data without your consent. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Modifications & Updates

We are always working to improve our app. We may change or remove features, or update these Terms, at any time.

By continuing to use the Service after updates, you accept the revised Terms.

6. Termination

You can stop using RepMates at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful way.

If your account is terminated, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

Our app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the Service secure, bug-free, and available — but we can't guarantee perfect uptime or accuracy.

Using the Service is at your own risk. Our app is not a substitute for professional training advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
